142 heart rate its boy or girl?

In 20 weeks of ultra sound, the baby heart rate is 142; how to know its a baby or girl?

    My little one's heart rate was 138 and everyone was convinced it was s boy, due to it being on the slow side. I had a girl, so you can never tell.
