Help

I am 6 weeks pregnant and started to have severe cramps and brown discharge I have been told this is normal but now I am bleeding a lot and my cramps are worse what do I do?

i have seen my dr and he's done another blood test and my ultrasound didn't show anything as he said sac was too small to measure this is my first pregnancy i don't know what to do?!
