Anyone else been signed off?

ive been signed off with pregnancy related illness for 2 weeks and 2 weeks again as I've been sick alot and really dizzy to the point where I can't even go to the supermarket without feeling like I'm going to pass out, I'm 13 weeks now my work are not being very helpful they said they would move me to closer office as the travel to work is 2 hours each way and 5 changes on train now they trying to give me to go back to that I'm still not well enough to go back I can't even leave the house to go to shop without feeling like I'll pass out please advise me
