Normal pregnancy symptoms? So confused!

have taken 6 tests including conception which showed 2-3 weeks which is about right, including from urine at family planning.

I have been bleeding lightly since sat evening when I had a cramp across my stomach. I now have mild lower back ache similar to that of a period. I'm unsure what's going on. I went walk in and didn't get much info frame doctor. Could easily be miscarring he said but gave me folic acid to help the baby.

This is first pregnancy so i am out loop, can anybody Shed any light?
