Slimming World during Pregnancy
Hi ladies,
I'm sure this has been discussed many times before but I can't get the search function to work today for some reason!!! I have a high BMI and I'd like to control my weight gain as best as I can during my pregnancy (I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant)... but I don't want to go silly with it and put Sprout at risk!
I have nearly all the slimming world cookery books from when I used to go to group, and I was thinking of following the plan again in order to ensure I'm eating healthily and sticking to the 15 syns a day etc.
Has anyone else carried on with SW while they're pregnant and wouldn't mind sharing a meal plan or 2 with me please? I love my pasta and potatoes and chicken and stuff but I'm not so good with fish sadly!!
