Worried!!! Help!!

Hi 

i have started spotting this month exactly the time i should start my period. Yhen it turned into light bleeding and continued then after 12 days of bleeding i took pregnancy test on last sunday and it came out positive. But my light bleeding still continued. No clots and sometimes period like pains on and off. I contacted my GP they said they will inform midwife and midwife will contact me. But I am worried about the bleeding. Is it anything worry about? Or it can happen.

    Dident want to read and run my only experience on this is that I know people that have bleed throughout their Pregnacy  every pregnacy and body are diffrent I would of thought they would send you to the early assesment unit for a scan to know for sure and to see whats going on.
