Can someone help me?

im 11 weeks 6 days pregnant, I've been with my boyfriend for a year now, he use to stay with me then two months ago moved a few hours away, he was down for a week and a half and went back up the road today, and I'm constantly crying, i miss him so much! I was like this before he moved back up; when he went up to visit for a few days I felt so alone and depressed then when he comes back it's like life can't get any better? I'm just looking for some answers , I just miss him so much and my life feels so empty without him here with me😭😭!
