Am I Pregnant? Advice Please

Hi everyone,

my partner and I had unprotected sex about two weeks ago. I dont really keep track of my periods because they're often irregular. But I decided to take a home pregnancy test today and I found a very faint positive line.

I've never seen that before when I have received negative tests in the past and I've been having stomach cramps and muscle aches for he last few days. 

I've attached he's a picture but it's not as clear as in person. Can anyone else see the second line?? Could this be a positive test picking up the small amount of HCG or is it more likely to be negative?
