Some advice please - 13 weeks pregnant and bleeding

I'm 13 weeks 3 days pregnant, I starmed bleeding bright red blood on Sunday (2days ago) phoned the maternity unit and they said aslong as theirs no clots or pain it's okay, it's not heavy either, its only bright red for about 10/15 mins then goes pinkish watery?? I had it yesterday aswell and phoned my midwife today and she said aslong as no pain and it's not heavy and no clots it looks okay, as I'm in a good blood group?? 

Has anyone else had this and their baby been okay?? I had a mc in December so I'm really worried, thanks xox
