Bleeding symptom loss

Hi all i really need help advice and someone to listen to my life

I found out on a Thursday that i was pregnant then the next day started having a brown loss contacted the GP and got a scan for the monday saw heart beat was amazing and was told its a threatened miscarriage i was 6 weeks got home feeling very happy but 3 hours later to my horror blood poured out of me sorry for tmi i rang epu and they re booked a scan for the monday saw heart beat all was good baby had grown and was now estimated at 7 weeks 1 day ... i am not 8 weeks and 5 days but feeling very worried as all my symptoms have gone and i still have a loss ... when having the scans they could not see where the bleed had come from ... i have one daughter and have had 2 miscarriages  should i worry about my loss of symptoms i have a scan on monday but im so scared please help me anyone ever had anything like me please help worried mum to be
