Hi there,
Has anyone any information on the aquanatal classes at the Galpharm stadium in Hudds? I'm kind of interested but I'm not the world's biggest lover of all things water and exercise and doing new things on my own but I really need to do something as my daily walk is getting a bit painful with the old back pain kicking in good and proper recently.
