Hi, can anyone recommend a good CD for hypno-birthing? I just want to learn some relaxaation techniques really. Don't really want to shell out to go on a full course in case it doesn't help me.
Hi I use the rainbow relaxation cd by Marie Mongan. So relaxing that I now can't finish it - I'm always asleep before the end!!!
Me too, it's great. This comes with the course material if you were to do it otherwise you should be able to buy it separately. if you arent doing the course I would still recommend buying Marie Mongan's Hypnobirthing book - it also has some of the scripts in there that you can learn to use (yourself or with your partner).
This website is also good as you can download others, which I have done, and they are fab:
