i just found out via clear blue that I am 1-2 weeks pregnant i rang the doctor as I thought they do a blood test to confirm dates but they said they don’t do that and that I have to go online and fill out a form but I can’t find it?😔

If you go in to your local hospital website and then click in to the midwifery part it should have a part to download a self referral form. If that fails pop down and get one. That's what I did. Ps congratulations on you BFP 😀😀
