18 weeks late! after having implanon removed, am i pregnant?

ive thought maybe i was late due a change in my medication and stress! but ive also done a home pregnancy test (cheap ??2 one from chemist) and it shows a thin faint blue line to the left of the center after 3 minutes anyone got any ideas, thanks
