Help, MS driving me mad!

Hi,

i dont know if anyone has any ideas on how to get rid of a flemmy cough! Its driving me mad, & its making my MS worse!

Because ive always got something stuck in my throat i feel the need to get rid but then i end up puking instead  

i did hear lemon and hot water helps but i dont know if its just a sliced lemon in hot water or there is an actually juice to add to hot water, any ideas and help is much appreciate!
