dead leg

hi, i have a mild case of SPD but its been managable. the thing is now my left leg goes completely dead from the hip down tomy foot when im in bed its aches like hell. is this normal???? i fell asleep sat upon the edge of the bed last night and nearly fell off. it doesnt hurtmuch duringthe day apart from the obvious pubic pain that comes with SPD. what do you think? anyone else had it with SPD? xxx
