Could this be SPD?

I've been having low tailbone pain for a while but in the past week I've been getting new pains down below.
The pain is normally right between my legs and sometimes feels like its inside my vagina (sorry if tmi). I'm also getting a similar pain in my left groin. I haven't had pain in my hips or buttox. Like I said I've been having problems with my tailbone but the pelvic pain is new, so I'm not sure if it's the same thing or entirely different.
It hurts the most when I'm walking or if I'm sitting a certain way, usually if my knees are far apart from each other.

For those of you who have SPD does this sound like it?

this sounds quite similar - i have been walking around holding my bits which looks a little dodgy. It is really bad when on one leg (stairs etc).

Just had my first physio and they have measured me for a belt - told me to do pelvic floor excercises and given me crutches.

I am only 20 weeks and today has been unbearable. Ring your midwife and ask for a physio referal. x

Thanks Summer. I don't have a midwife (in Ireland and its a bit different). I'm seeing my doctor next wednesday so will ask then unless it gets worse before.
