Brackston hicks

Hi,
Been having them really bad since sat i have been in and out of hospital so i have been on the trace the midwife asked if they hurt as they are really regular ................
been having them all last night and could feel baby head moving down and felt pressure,had loads today they are uncomfortable but dont hurt.i never had any with my daughter.
my baby is moving but has been quite she has for a few days but the traces said she is ok.

can these turn in t oreal contractions????????
is there anything i should look out for??????
