Signs of misscarrage

well I did numerous pregnancy test all Turned out positive. 

I am 100% pregnant. From last period I’ll be 7 weeks Sunday. On November 28th I started getting minor cramps in lower abdomen followed by pinkish clear discharge that covered the whole peice of toilet Paper. This continued on until today but very light pink only when I wipe. But now its starting to turn reddish brown this morning. I was in emergency last night and my levels show 115 hcg. I’m still having slight cramps nothing to bad. Could this be a sign Of misscarrage? Has anyone dealt with this or something similar? I’m freaking out and praying it’s not. They have me schedualed in for a ultrasound on This coming monda. My nerves are shot and I’m so scared.. please I need advise!!!! Thanks
