I’m 16 and I think I may be pregnant

I am a virgin never even seen a penis but I have symptoms of being pregnant
eg tender breasts  
Fatigue 
cramps
nausea
Headaches 
constipation 
dizziness
And I have irregular periods last month I had 3 and feel like I’m coming on but no blood and I keep feeling wetness on my nipples like I’m lactating please help

    @3he4lk It's pretty much impossible that you're pregnant, unless you were accidentally artificially inseminated like Jane the Virgin. Chances are your period is coming. But maybe speak with a doctor, as this may be a symptom of a PCOS or something like that. Also, your nipples wouldn't be leaking until you were at least 7 months pregnant.
