6 dpo

Hello, everyone i just want to ask if there's anyone got Bfp on 6 dpo? My last period was on april 12, 2019 and  its been 2 months i haven't get my af I took pregnancy test from 8th to 10th of june  and its Bfn i got milky discharg so  i took Ovulation kit on the 11th of june  and its Bfp if it was rignth counting maybe now i am 6dpo wen should i take another pregnancy test to get possitive result I always feel tenderness on my breast and mild cramps on my lower back is it symptoms of early pregnancy? or it just af actually i haven't got any symptoms of soreness or tenderness on my breast before my af is due i am planning to take pregnancy test tomorrow i really hope i will get Bfp 🤞🤞 we been trying to conceive for almost 2 years
