Faint positive ?
I’m on cycle day 44 and my lmp was May 8th. I have the Flo app to track my periods and I am now 7 days late today. Also I was on birth control for a few months but discontinued after my last period. I decided to take a pregnancy test 4 days ago (Saturday ) and it was negative but I tested twice Tuesday & Wednesday, got a very faint line on the OneStep cassette. So early this morning , I went and bought the Equate early detection test and it’s also faint

Normally your first period after coming off of birth control isn't a real period, it's a withdrawal bleed. So you may or may not be on day 44 of your cycle. The reason I'm saying this is because if you were 7 days late I'd expect to see a very clear positive by now if you were pregnant. I'd suggest giving it 2 more days and re do the test again. You should see a significantly darker line after 2 days if you are pregnant.
