Pregnancy or miscarriage

so I took over 4 pregnancy test all came positive then a day later I decided to take another it came negative and I was bleeding not heavy so I went to the ER they took a urine test it came negative but I also did a blood test it came positive I’m also b negative on blood so they gave me a shot in my hips to protect my unborn please help I need to know if I’m having a miscarriage
