Sharp abdominal pain

Hope someone might be able to help I'm about 5 weeks pregnant and experiencing really sharp abdominal pain to the point I can't move while it happens. I never had this with my first pregnancy so really unsure what I do or if this early on there is anything you really can do😩? I'm taking paracetamol for it but it's really not helping.. Is it just growing pains?

    It might be growing pain,but also sometimes cyst give those type of pain. 
    Do you have this pain on one side or all abdominal?

    It's just on the right side😩 oh really? It's just so sharp feels like someone is stabbing something into my side xx

    I'd recommend going to the doctor, if any pregnant person gets a pain that is more than just an ache. You can end up spending a lot of time stressing about it otherwise  If the doctor says the pain sounds like a normal pregnancy related pain, you'll know you have nothing to worry about. X

    @Sugerspice as above said go to GP and ask for scan
