Anyone gotten pregnant straight after a miscarriage?

5 weeks pregnant and started spotting on July.09th.. off and on bleeding then Had a complete miscarriage on July.18th, Only brown discharge after that date until July.22nd...

i am am wondering how soon I can get pregnant again? I have been using ovulation test strips which came back positive with the clear blue but with the easy@home strips it seems to still be at a low level..

has anyone gotten pregnant right after a miscarriage ?
