Does GA mean the age from conception or date of last period??

I went for a scan on the 16th of july.. and they said I'm 6 weeks and on the scan it says "GA"  does that mean from last period or conception??  My due date the nurse said is gonna be from 4th-8th of march. I'm wanting to know roughly when I concieved. Done pregnancy tests on 10th-14th and 18th of June and was all negative. Didnt get a 2-3 weeks until the 26th of june  x

    Gestational age is apparently where they add the two weeks, so I think you conceived 4 weeks ago? I think! X

    If it's GA based on size of the baby at the scan then that's from conception. It how your due date is properly calculated. 

    For example when I went for my dating scan I ended up being 10 days earlier than my dates would have suggested based on my LMP.

    So does it mean I'm really only 5 weeks?? I have a feeling I concieved around 10th-13th of june  would that be right  x
