Terrible Heart burn sign of pregnancy?

3 days ago i took my first pregnancy test which showed a VERY faint line. Not beliveing it im waiting for my period which still isnt due for 2 days but iv woke up with horrible heart burn and cant eat its so bad.

could this be pregnancy? 

Im also on holiday and have no tablet for it 😣 any remedies?

    Heartburn is more common in pregnancy! I wouldn’t use it as a confirmation though... but yes more common. You can use rennies or gaviscon! Or milk is very helpful. 
    I didn’t get any heartburn until 34 weeks, now I have a glass of nesquik (as I don’t like milk) and rennies and I never struggle with it 😊

    so far had 3 faint positives and 1 digital negative.

    It’s definitely has colour to it, so it’s looking like it could be a positive. I’d test again in 2 days when you’re period is due. 
    I didnt get a positive digital till I was 5-6 weeks pregnant. So don’t worry about that

    I had awful heartburn when I found out I was pregnant with my youngest daughter. I was only about 5 weeks!! I didn’t have it throughout but definitely at the beginning!xxx
