Surprise, twins. But is there a 3rd???

I went with my sister in law to a sneak peek sonogram at prenatal imaging. She’s 10weeks and surprisingly they found a 2nd baby before the 2 doctors she’d just seen prior. We were allowed to video or take pictures and she watched her videos and now is concerned there is another sac and possible 3rd baby. Does anyone see what she sees? She can’t go back to the doctor till Friday cause she’s working. Below is the best picture I could get of what we think may be another baby. Let us know your thoughts.
