Evap line or positive?

I’m very irregular so I never know when my period will start or if I’ll get it at all. Idk what prompted me to take a test but I did. I got a dollar general test. When I took it, I barely let it sit for a minute before I just threw it out because I didn’t see a noticeable line pop up. Hours later when I saw it in the trash, it looked super positive. Pink line and all! I’ve heard evap lines are usually colorless but this is clearly pink. I plan on re-testing but has this happened to anyone else?
