Possible miscarriage?

I was 10 days late for my period as of yesterday, so I took three pregnancy tests throughout the day and they were all positive. Then late last night I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was light pink blood on the tissue. This morning there was some light pink and brown blood on the tissue, and it has been like this throughout the day. I have also been cramping for the past 11 days, not quite as bad as my period but still cramping. I've never been pregnant before so I don't know what to expect. Could this be a miscarriage? The bleeding is light, unlike my usual heavy periods, but it seems like it is getting more steady but still a very light color. I'm scheduling an appointment with an OB GYN asap but would like some feedback if anyone else has been through this..
