am i pregnant?

hey guys! im sorry if this sounds like a really silly question, but im not trying to conceive but tested due to a missed period (not uncommon because of uni stress for the past couple of months)… but are these positive?

first photo is a little blurry but it displayed 4 lines, 2 in each window, but the instructions say only 1 line will show up in each window. little later on it just displayed the 2 it was supposed to indicating im pregnant. sorry if this is common sense, thank you!!
