6th week pregnancy with no heart beat

I'm 6th month pregnant nd no heart beat detect in TVS also brown spotting when I wipe

I'm very tensed bcz I conceived after 7 years plz nd my Dr advice me to take rest and relax...she wants to wait for atleast 1 more month
