5wks 6 days bleeding

I am 5wks and 6 days pregnant and I’ve been bleeding for two days now started out super pink and today it’s a darker pink with tiny pepper flake sized red tissue or clot. I have had sex in those last two days as well. No cramping what so ever I do have an uti and taking medicine for it. I need to know if I’m okay or should I go to the doctor I’m worrying and I wish I could stop worrying.
