Bleeding at 16 weeks but baby is fine!!!

Hello. Has anyone else experienced this? I have bled/spotted almost the entire pregnancy. Every time I go to the Dr everything is fine but I’m still bleeding. Anyone have any ideas/experiences?! Please help!

    I bled from 6 weeks to 23 weeks on my first pregnancy hun; Everytime I got checked out they couldn’t see a problem and baby was always fine, sometimes it just happens, I know it’s annoying, it drove me crazy on times, but I had a girl.. this time I’m currently 16 weeks and no bleed at all xx
