Hi there, i got a spray for mine,and peseries which helped but not sure if you can use them while preggers. Silly as this sounds but ice also shrinks them but finding the time to sit on ice is quite slim i suppose.
Don't worry, they will go as soon as you've given birth. Mine did overnight!!!! Literally! You can use neat distilled witch hazel (from a chemist or health food shop) on toilet roll to soothe the area!
