Recs for 4yr old Girl Bikes

I want to get my sister's twins bikes for their birthday in July - they had balance bikes but now need to move on to the next level up.

Can anyone recommend any? It'll be my and family clubbing together so there should be enough in the pot to get two 'good' ones!
