What's the best buggy / stroller for going on holiday?

hi we are looking for a stroller for when we go on holiday, and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations.

We wanted one with an extendable uv hood, and compact to go the airplane.

But after looking at a few I want one which is a rearward facing as well as a forward facing  so maybe we're best to buy a cheap one for the holiday and a more expensive one for everyday, which will fit better in the boot of the car.

Our little boy is 10 months at the mo but would of just turned one when we go on holiday.
