PRAM FOR NEWBORN AND 1 YEAR OLD

Just found out I'm preggars again and my little one is only 3 months old! starting to worry about everything already including which pram system to get. Does anybody know if I can attach something for a newborn to the quinny I have at the moment as I'm sure I have seen people walking around with something like this???

    Is it a quinny buzz. I know you can attach one of their carrycot bits, to turn it into a pram for a newborn. They also can be used with a car seat too.
