Just thought I'd share this with you, if you are not up for carrying a changing bag and want to wear your own handbag but still carry all your baby bits in an organised fashion and have everything at easy reach - there is an American brand called Pish Posh Mommy - http://www.sugarplumtree.co.uk/pish_posh/
