Feeling Lonely

Hi I’m just wondering does any other stay at home mommy feel lonely? I’ve had my second baby recently and I feel like I can’t cope with it all, my husband works a lot and the few close friends that I do have are busy with their own jobs and kids. I live in the countryside so there isn’t really a lot to do. I just feel so lonely.
