teething 11month

Hey people advice please my son is teething has been for while he has3 teeth coming through he isn't coping well i have lost count how many times i have got up these past few wks i feel tired 24\7 and nothing works on him.from teething gel Calpol the teething powder i have tried everything but does not work .any tips to help my Lil man get through it in.at wits end as it driving me barmy it took me 3hours to settle due to teething x im single parent so doing it by self as his dad doesn't haven't over night x
