daddy rights.

After b other mummas advice.. the father of my baby is wanting access to our daughter.. its only to be supervised its my decision at the end of the day.. but he's a sex offender. He doesn't make any effort to want to know her otherwise. Basically i just need to know am i doing the right thing keeping her from him??
