Ruined sleep schedule desperate

I am desperate for help I have a 7 month old baby girl and over Christmas time we got sick with a cold thus we were sleeping more now since then ive tried absolutely everything i can think of to fix it but she wants to wake up at 5-8pm even wwhen ive woken her earlier she goes back to this time everydsy I'm exhaused i cant clean at night time and can't take her for a walk my mental health is in ruins please does anyone know what I can do we also have leap 6 starting in 10 days i am absolutely desperate
