nursery-can they charge me if i take him out?

  in your contract it will give notice periods - in mine it would be 4 weeks. this gives them a chnace to fill the place when you leave. x

  check your paper work hun. it might depend on the reason to you takiong him out. with dd1 they dint call me when she was poorly and i refused to take her back to them,rang and put in complaint and i owed them a weeks money (payment was due end of every week) and they said not to worry about the money and i didnt have to pay/see them ever again. this could have been so i didnt complain to ofsted tho!
