Advice Please??

I have a 21 month old little girl. She started to walk when she was 11 month old, but as of now, we have had no words whatsoever, not mama not dada, just continous babble. She also never chews her food, just swallow it! She is currently under the health visitors due to being extremely behind on her development. Our health visitor has also referred her to pediatrics and speech and language (for both feeding and speech). Our HVs gut instinct is that our child is autistic (she mentioned this after I explained to her it was one of the things we had looked at). She is constantly on the go and just puts toys from one place to another and will continue to do this until I attempt to distract her with something else.

I'm just wondering if anybody else has a child like this and what your diagnosis have been etc?
