ezcema advice how often should i change bedding

My daughter has bad ezcma and we are always creaming her her skin is constantly irritating her and feels horrible to the touch  I was just wondering how often I should change her bedding we do it ever week and cream morning and night also when we change her clothes mid day as she gets so dirty is there anything I could do to help her skin be not so bad for her
