Help...2 yo turned v nasty towards his brother

my youngest boy is 13 weeks when he was born everyone said to expect the jealousy from his older brother who is 3 in october. He was fine and has been up until now his behavoiur has gotton realy bad he will not listen throws things all the time screams and wont sleep at night anymore when he always has. i klnow its jealousy towards his brother, but why hasnt it started until now?
what can i do to make him feel better?
