g/c from baby - sleeping bag to quilt help

hi, i was just wondering how you went about swapping a baby from a sleeping bag to a quilt. my LO will be one in jan but does not like to wear 'footie' pjs etc and so i would like to give her a quilt as soon as possible, especially if this winter is as cold as last!

however, she is all over her cotbed during the night so i don't know how to go about making the change. advice from anyone who has done this before would be greatly appreciated!

    thanks for the reply hun. i'm hoping to hold out until she is actually one year old but in all reality i don't think 2/3 weeks will make that much of a difference if it is really cold. we check on her lots in the night anyways as we have evil neighbours who are always waking her up so we have to or she tries to climb out of the cot still lol
