Awkward questions

Hi I've just joined here! I'm 9 weeks pregnant and I already have a little girl called abby whose nearly 4. Shes thrilled about the baby and very excited about being a big sister, but keeps asking very awkward questions and I just dont know how to answer her! she wants to know who put the baby there, how it got there, who made it etc etc. I dont want to lie to her but I just dont know how to answer her questions. any advice much appreciated!

    could you say that because her daddy loves you he gave you a special sead to put in your tummy that grows into a baby. im the same, i dont want to out right lie. my 3 year old was at the birth so i escaped any questions about how it came out he just seems to excepted it ( not that he saw it really).
