Ok so here's a question, I missed BD'ing yesterday on CD8 as I was feeling poorly, so according to SMEP should I start tonight or wait til tomorrow and continue from there?! I OV'd on CD17 last cycle so I don't think I've missed it yet!

hi hun, i was thinking about this tonight. im cd8 today and feeling really tired. the only thing is if i bd tomorrow night id probably be tempted to do it again tomorrow coz ive got a thing about even numbers.lol.lol.xxx

princess85 i have long cycles to i usually dont ov till day 22-24 and we didnt manage to bd tonight and i really dont think we will manage tomorrow either so i will be starting on cd10 and i will start opk's around cd12.xxxx

Found my lost PMA and giving up BD everyday so gong to try smep

today is CD13 so BD tonight didnt lastnight and BD CD11 getting OPK 2mro and i usually ov on CD14 so testing late but will try SMEP properly next month

Hi all - Im on CD 19 and ovulated yesterday...we will be trying again tonight and tomorrow night and will carry on with the smep plan. My only concern I have still had no smiley face on my opk, but had loads of ewcm yesterday, and thats how I knew I had ovulated. Does anyone know howcome I had no smiley face??
